Well I have been reading Walter Russell, MonsieurM, those laws you state above... they are in Universal One too:

Cold generates. (Cold is Electricity, the possitive, centripetal, attractive force)
Generation contracts.
Contraction integrates.
Integration heats.
Heat radiates. (Heat is Magnetism, the negative, centrifugal, repellent force)
Radiation expands.
Expansion disintegrates.
Disintegration cools.

And the cycle repeats.

Shot As for external sources, I recommend reading Walter Russell's works (The Universal One is what I'm reading now, and I can't get enough of it, it's like music to the soul)

So, (from my understanding so far) if electricity is cold, possitive, and attractive.... then if we can stop it from radiating heat, aka current (magnetism), then it can attract more electricity, and when it has got a sufficient amount, then we can make use of it! (think shuttling circuits)

don't forget that the e field and magnetic field are codependent

if the dielectric restricts e field (ie a small 6 ) it will compensate on the 3 and 9...think of a balloon when squeezed ...the system will always compensate to find equilibrium

you can even see that in the properties the materials we use...such as copper...glass...etc

glass used as capacitor...copper as conductor....you just have to find what corresponds to 6 ,3 and 9
