I found a little piece of jewel kind of information

there are ten thousand molecules of water per molecule of protein.
Quantum electrodynamics calls for the existence of long range electromagnetic fields that can be transmitted by large - hundreds of angstroms -coherent domains present in water (adapted from E. Del Giudice & E.Preparata, 1994, Journal of Biological Physics, vol. 20, p. 105).

Such long range EM fields would be capable of transmitting the EM message coming from molecules, thus generating a long distance specific attraction between two molecules with matching spectra, excluding non-resonating, unwanted random events. The field resulting from the aggregation of the two coresonating molecules would obviously exhibit a different frequency which would then coresonate with the next molecule or cluster of molecules which intervene in the next step of the biochemical reaction, and so forth and so on..

feel free to try your own variant but share with the rest (nobody likes a leech ), try to test it using Pacific ocean water, and see if it diminishes the radiation level...a simple experiment that can be tried for many application....also it could act as a salt water capacitor

I don't have the apparatus to check, but you could check if two water filled (alkaline maybe like moe joe cell) quartz test tubes with similar caduceus coils wrapped around would resonate in unison

Ok, let's take that backwards, if you know that some inventions such as Tesla's Transmission etc... are Scalable, well you actually have a major clue in your hands...Indeed, it is scalable that means one of the pillar of fractal design has been respected..now all you have to do is find the other fractals...

But what i can tell you for sure is once your mind realizes the true meaning of fractal, and that it is not just in the shape of nature but also in the process/engine...well let's put it this way, the shape becomes the engine

Astronomers found a reservoir of water measuring 140 trillion times the earth's ocean water in space. The reservoir of water is the most distant ever discovered in the universe, said two teams of researchers.

The water surrounds a giant feeding black hole called a "quasar" and is located more than 12 billion light-years away. The giant black hole powers the quasar which gradually counsumes a surrounding disk of gas and dust. It also emits enormous amounts of energy.

Astronomers studied a quasar named APM 08279+5255, where the black hole is 20 billion times greater than the sun and discovered water vapor around the black hole extending hundreds of light-years in size.

NASA scientist Matt Bradford said, "The environment around this quasar is very unique in that it's producing this huge mass of water. It's another demonstration that water is pervasive throughout the universe, even at the very earliest times."

The water was discovered by Dariusz Lis, senior research associate in physics at Caltech using the Plateau de Bure Interferometer in the French Alps.

"[The finding] is another demonstration that water is pervasive throughout the universe, even at the very earliest times," said Matt Bradford, a scientist at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory in Pasadena.
