Okay, he is not the same experimenter. I may have seen his videos back in 2016 but I cannot remember them now and he also removed those videos from his channel.
Have you managed to repeat the output power measurements (LED current taken from the 100 uF cap)? Just to see what the blinding brightness means in overall out/in efficiency, how close it is to 100 %. This would indicate whether further work to achieve even higher brightness is still inherent in the circuit.
Of course, only in case you also wish to know or interested.
