YouTube - Rainforest Binaural mix

I've uploaded another binaural mix to youtube. this one contains various tones to promote relaxation and quiescence. I had the idea of using the sound of running water as a natural version of white noise, and found it's pretty hard to get a convincing recording of what water sounds like. Would you believe there's four different recordings of the same little creek, mixed together and layered to create the same auditory experience you'd have sitting by a stream? And then there's the birdcall recording mixed in, which also has the creeks in the background. It might sound like it's just a microphone set up in the rainforest, but there's actually a lot of post production involved in making it sound like that and almost an hour of raw recording in that 8 minutes of finished product.

I've found this is a great starting point either for some serious no mind meditation, or to just tune out for a few minutes, chilling out to the sounds of gently running water, bird calls and binaurals. There's a 528hz tone in there somewhere, just sayin. This one's all about the 4.8 though.

Again.. I'm very sorry for the ramblings below, this is how my brain works. I hope you can tolerate it. My wife manages to.

I am now at the point where I can spend 5 minutes on a binaural progression and be asleep for 30 minutes while listening and come up rested and refreshed. This is not imagined, its on queue at this point. It comes in handy... Mostly rookie stuff and lightly documented but the effect is real and measurable.

Heres where the topic you raised brought me to...

I've used the comm systems that adapted this tech. a decade ago, in the military, and I'll vouch that they work, but... they were high-tech/low-tech if ya know what I mean. They were built with bad ergos at the time, IMO. These new ones that I see out may be much more promising to adapt to the idea that these resonant frequencies could bathe your body through bone.

I was thinking that instead of just limiting myself to headphone style
" Bonephones " you use a style (or make/modify some) that could be stuck to key bone points on your body. Points that would allow this resonance at deeper spots on your body, and more than likely saturate you with the frequency more evenly. Combined even more with the quality traditional sound system playing in sync or even be another wave in the track played, a different frequency even for added effect.

In addition to using the multiple sources of frequency generation you've already mentioned, and with the bone conduction, I figured... why not ultrasound machines?

I was almost killed a year and a couple months ago by an inattentive driver, while on my motorcycle heading to work. To sum it up quickly, his front tire compressed at least six disks of my spine, broke 2 ( only ) ribs, and took a piece of my knee I'll never get back, but not my life by this much. I was sent to physical therapy where they were generous enough to shock me with electrodes on a regular basis.. actually pretty fun for people like me
But they also used an ultrasound device on me... very curious machine. This is about the time I started lurking around here and manipulating your ideas to my will in my own secret lab-ora-tory. The therapist told me I was not allowed to use the ultrasound machine on my own, as I would probably scramble my brain or burn my innards, or some such nonsense right? Apparently these things are capable of reaching the hard to reach spots in your body... and it did while they used it on me. You could even get a " burn " if you held it in place too long. Uhh... couldn't one of these run at 528Hz, or OM (Om - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) or whatever freq. , while at the same time chanting, listening to the stereo at the right levels, and having the bone conduction rockin mucho. Now... I'm not a genius, but I seem to get the point enough to fake the funk through most anything. Isn't all this stuff kinda sounding egyptian? the frequency that resonates around Giza to this day... the haarp stuff, Leedskalnin, monks abilities to do superhuman things, OM, meditation. We are targeting one facet at a time, or a couple even. What about using them all! Everything that seems to prove useful thus far, toss it in... turn it on, match some frequencies, mix it up even, see what happens right? Possibly even doing all this while sitting in a pyramid you've made to help your frequencies. A pyramid on ground resonating at a frequency as well... seriously this could go on for as much power that can be tossed at it.... right?

Could be some serious healing, could be something else as well in the right combination. Sounds fun.

get the different frequency one and try again. This also seems to be a technology that is being suppressed. So the Dentists and Denturists can maintain their monopoly.

I do agree with you and enjoy reading your posts. I would like to activate my pineal gland too, but the plant you refer to is not legal to use in my state of USA. I do agree with what you say. I have read of it too.
That plant is supposed to do some great things. But, are there legal things we can use to make our pineal gland work? I don't want to lose my government pension. Thanks!!

@ volunteers, careful what you wish for!

as you breathe in, imagine a vortex of intense light like a twister, spinning in through the top of your head (crown chakra), see/feel it concentrate, the spin get faster and the vortex smaller. Focus this vision into the center of your brain until you fell spasms, then as you exahale, see this light charge down your spine. (yep, it does take a lot of practice.)

Eventually you'll generate real, tactile, energetic sensations in your mind/brain Practice 'sending' these charges down the spine and out through to various parts of your body. In time, try to send each shock through the paths of chi flow in and around the body. In effect, make enhancing your chi flow a conscious process.

The purity of your intent will break down all into smaller particles all accumulated toxins around energy centres and gradually restore your being to its natural blueprint.

AFAIK there is no easy, true way to open the third eye/activate the pineal gland. It is in fact one of our most solem and fearsome duties, for it is through the trials the process implies that we confront and conquer our own inner gatekeeper, the entity who protects us our base, physical mind from knowing the truth our light bodies inhabit, and who help keep us tied in a life of materialism and suffering. But if you find an easier way to find, confront and conquer him, let everyone know!

Dont be surprised if you hear some pops and cracks occuring in your pineal as it begins to expand again. There's also some physical discomfort to be expected, anything from pain in the ear like an ear ache to nausea and symptoms like those of motion sickness, but this is very much a transitional complaint, it passes as the 3rd eye opens.

Another way to "unlock" the pineal gland is to USE it more often. what does that mean? well, the gland produces melatonin, so we could make a safe assumption that anything that stimulates melatonin production must do so by stimulating the pineal gland, right? So what herbal product has been shown to increase melatonin levels in adults by 7000%?

That technology is called PATHS, and while I don't personally use it and therefore can't speak to it's effect personally, there are plenty of others on this forum who can answer all your questions about it.
