It would of course be ridiculous to even imply that! Of course it doesn't. If there is less activity, there is SUPPOSED TO BE a decrease in ATP and redox signaling molecules because LESS IS NEEDED! It isn't going to be less than what was there before exercise, it will go down to whatever is needed to maintain the homeostasis of the body for its own activity levels based on available nutrients, genetics, etc... and of course, the cell to cell communicators that ARE the very foundation of cellular activity and cellular repair.
