Hey there! I am attending san bernardino valley college right now with plans to transfer to CSUSB. I am a newbie in the ideas of green energy, but am very passionate and adiment about it. It really upsets me that we can spend trillions on bailouts and war-mongering, but it is so hard to get bills passed for a few measly million towards green energy production. I believe that green energy is about the only hope america has left. We could stop using oil, an already scarce resource, make millions of jobs, import or sell the technology, and slow the decay of our enviroment in the process. I am not entirely sure what field in green energy I am going to pursue, I have an appointment with a counselor soon to discuss this. I am leaning more towards the political side of it, trying to get bills passed, maybe like a "good" lobbyist? But green architecture sounds appelling as well because I would like to build my own home and "get off the grid." Please write me with any info that might be beneficial to me, or just to say hi! Thanks!
