Once again, to bed around 12:45 am and woken up around 7:15am. Still on 10g of spirulina per day.

I think as a result of the modules both my wife and I are feeling calmer when the children behave badly, which is good. There is less stress all around.

My wife and I are off on holiday to Hong Kong and Taiwan visiting family over the next few weeks so there's much to do before we fly and I can't guarantee getting an internet connection everyday sooo ... I'm going stop posting everyday as most of it is fairly routine. I'll just be posting any significant events.

I went to bed around 1 am and was woken up around 7:15 am.

I'm still on 10g and feeling ok until late evening. But that could be from just lack of sleep.

One other change is that I've changed my Antioxidant module to Mood Elevation. At first glance it doesn't look suitable but quite a few people have reported having good results with it even though they are not 'depressed'. I think it could help in cases of chronic (long term) low grade unhappiness about something which doesn't affect normal life but is there in the background, and has been there for a long time, long enough to alter the brain chemistry from it's optimum.

I went to bed around 1 am and was woken up around 7:15 am. Still on 10g a day as I try to figure out if I need more spirulina.

Busy day with no time to think today! The 3yr old and the 1yr old were extra demanding today and required both of us to keep them occupied during the whole day!

I went to bed around 1am and was woken up at 6:15 and got up around 7:30. I viewed my Platinum Package module last night and I've upped my spirulina intake up to 10g.

This night around 8pm I started feeling woozy. Hard to tell if it is the lack of sleep or the new Platinum Package module kicking in. I'll try another day of 10g tomorrow

Wow, I thought I only had one day to catch up on, so I seemed to have missed a day!

17th I think I was woken up throughout the night. Go up around 8am. I remember as being woozy from 6-7pm
18th Woken up at 5:30am, not back to sleep until 7:30am then up at 9:30am. I remember as being ok during the day.
Today Woken up around 6:30am. Feeling ok about it and got up around 7:30am. I'm woozy from 6-8pm

After a month on a standard theatre, the most noticeable effect has been the sleep along with the spirulina helping irritability and tiredness. There has been a small effect from the modules I've chosen so I guess it's going to take longer for the full benefits to be felt. After a long chat with support I've decided to go for a custom platinum module and try out some other modules in my standard theatre.
