Originally, I trained as a primary teacher & taught in that capacity for many years until I eventually felt the need for a change. I branched out to work for myself & established a business in the fashion/ gift industry. initially in retail & then a few years later, as an importer & wholesaler of fashion jewellery & accessories.

Whilst doing this work I began to experience the desire to expand & improve myself & I found myself exploring other personal development modalities. Through another forum that I was a member of I discovered a discussion between certain members about their experiences of the PATHS technology in late 2006. As soon as I read about Paths something within me seemed to "click" & resonate with me. I became very excited as I knew that this was something that I was meant to discover & that it would make a huge difference to me.

Although there were some people expressing doubts about the validity of Paths & wanting "proof" that it really worked on the forum that I was a member of, I had absolutely no qualms or concerns about this. I knew for me that it was going to be the tool that would get me where I wanted to go in the shortest space of time.I couldn't wait to begin using it a little while later & I have continued with it ever since.

Having tried it for myself & experienced the benefits I also decided to join the company as an affiliate to help spread the word of this amazing technology. I have enjoyed the benefits from many different modules & have often been aware of noticeable improvements in even the first week of commencing some modules. Some of my favorite modules so far have been the Successful Living Series, Synchronicity, Intuition & Insight, Deserving & Ho'Opononpono.

At about the same time I began Paths I found myself drawn to learning more about other energetic healing modalities & decided that this is where my true vocation lies. I find that Paths complements & is an ideal partner to use in tandem with other healing modalities to help people achieve their full potential.

Currently I am an energetic healing practitioner after having studied and become proficient in a number of the different energetic healing modalities. Currently I am attuned to Level 2 Reiki, have learnt the basics of CEM (Chinese Energetic Medicine), attained Levels 1, 2 & 3 in Matrix Energetics & am a certified Theta Healing Practitioner.

In Theta Healing I have completed & received certification for DNA 1 & 2, Manifesting & Abundance, Advanced Theta Healing & Intuitive Anatomy.

The Silent Prayer

The Silent Prayer is an acknowledgement of All That Is. In this prayer, I know that every prayer I have ever voiced is heard by Spirit, and that Spirit has given unto me all that I have asked for. It is an acknowledgement that my soul is complete in the love and grace of God. It is an acknowledgement of my total state of perfection and Is-ness. All that I desire, all that I wish to cocreate, is already within my reality. I call this the Silent Prayer because I know that my Being is already fullfilled. There is no need to ask for anything of Spirit, because it has already been given.

The Prayer

In my heart, I accept my perfect Being.
I accept that the joy that I have intended is already in my life.
I accept that love I have prayed for is already within me.
I accept that the peace I have asked for is already my reality.
I accept that the abundance I have sought already fills my life.

In my truth, I accept my perfect Being.
I take responsibility for my own creations,
And all things that are within my life.
I acknowledge the power of Spirit that is within me,
And know that all things are as they should be.

In my wisdom, I accept my perfect Being.
My lessons have been carefully chosen by my Self,
And now I walk through them in full experience.
My path takes me on a sacred journey with divine purpose.
My experiences become part of All That Is.

In my knowingness, I accept my perfect Being.
In this moment, I sit in my golden chair
And know that I Am an angel of light.
I look upon the golden tray - the gift of Spirit -

I accept that everything in my past was given in love.

Book Review

One of the books that I highly recommend reading is:

The True Power of Water - HADO - Healing And Discovering Ourselves - Masaru Emoto


After reading this book one's perspective of water will never be the same again. When one takes into consideration that our body is made up of at least 70% water then the connection between developing positive thoughts & belief systems & the huge benefits to be derived from being on PATHS become startlingly obvious.


This book details the research on water carried out by Masaru Emoto & his discovery that water has unique properties – its quality & energetic vibration (hado) changes according to the information that it receives. Words, thoughts, pictures & music all carry a vibration & can impart information to water. This book includes many graphic color photos of Emoto's experiments with water photographed as crystals after being exposed to positive & negative words, thoughts & music. Love & gratitude were shown to have an enormous positive effect in changing the hado or energy of water & were shown “to enhance immunity” in the body.


Emoto also discusses interesting case histories of his patients that he treated with hado medicine, an alternative healing modality that he developed using specially prepared hado water developed for each patients specific illness. Again highlighting the power of water when carrying positive or negative information.

Other concepts covered in the book are the hado of foods, the power of words & their effect on food, especially when preparing & cooking it & how to protect oneself from electromagnetic waves.


At the end of the book Emoto concludes “We must pay respect to water, feel love and gratitude, and receive vibrations with a positive attitude. Then water changes, you change, and I change. Because both you and I are water.”
