Hawaii, what a place. So warm and intoxicatingly beautiful.
The first day there I slept in and within the first two days I'd
read a 500 page book and then I read another one by the end of the week.
It was so relaxing to just "BE" one with the moment and to go for walks and
pick papayas off the trees and eat them for lunch.

My parents had rented a 1500 sq foot plantation style home where we stayed. It was 15 minutes from a hidden beach, where we went the first day. I have never seen such water and so warm! It was a delight to swim in and when we laid down on the beach we put our towels on dried palm tree leaves because the sand was burning hot. We had to walk past the Hawaiian native lands to get to
the beach and it was quite exciting to have to walk over volcanic lava rock and to have to wade through water to get there.

I will have to continue this probably this evening as coffee and work is calling my name, ever so faintly, lol

Sean's parents drove me to my parents farm and we all had a great time there, mixing it up

I got to spend time with my sister Catarina and her little girl Jenna, and both sets of parents got to spend time with each other, and my brother Johan was floating around making jokes

It was nice to have most everyone gathered together again.

Packing for my trip. I got to leave work early because my coworker was excited for me so that was really nice of her. Thank you, Kim!

Apparently Sean's parents Dave and Sandy are coming here tonight. I had no idea they were coming, so it was a huge surprise when Sean called me at work and told me. I was like; "Shuttup!" I was in total disbelief, but what a nice surprise to see them. We only get to see them max twice a year. But they just bought a place in B.C. (our neighbouring province) so we think we'll get to see them a bit more now

The huge trench for the geothermal is finally completed. Looks like an olympic sized swimmiing pool - except there's no water in it, lol!

We had the ****-sucker truck out yesterday and we're getting a new septic tank put in on Saturday so for now we are not able to use any of our drains. So I had a shower last night at 8 pm and will have another one when I get to my parents farm on Saturday night

I picked up $100.00 worth of KFC for the guys today
so now they can eat that for two days straight as I am
busy packing and planning for my Hawaii trip and with the
client sessions I have before I leave on Sunday

Went to bed at 21:30 hours this evening. I was so tired.
Lots of stuff going on with the house building and my office
workload and life in general. So ready for my vacation!!!!
