20inch rotor with 12 neos, 50 x 20 x 12mm. Draws 175Ma @ 12 volts 455 RPM.

I used a scope to set the coils gap. Interesting thing is that the 3 slaves have 32 mm gap...

Something you might find interesting, at least I did.
With your wheel shut down, hook up an "analog" ohm meter to the coil, power or trigger, check the ohms while the coil is "between" magnets.

Picture a 3 spoked wheel without the rim.
On the end of each spoke would be 2 neo magnets, on the left side of the spoke the neo would be facing...

The steel dropped the input & output around 40 ma's equally, the aluminum did the same only to a greater extent.
