Water from bubbler going back to electrolyzer
Hello Forum,
I have a nine plate cell...(water filtration housing) that when I shut off my vehicle the water that's in the bubbler sucks back into the cell. I have a one way valve going from the cell to the bubbler but it still goes back into the cell. How can I correct this situation? I would appreciate any GOOD advice Thanks Forum mcrider ![]() |

Water from bubbler going back to electrolyzer
Hi,
I'm new to this forum and very interested in these type of questions. Although I did reply to you privately, my Forum account has now been activated so I thought I'd post in case others were wondering the same thing. My solution would be to simply widen the hose that leads from the Electrolyzer to the Bubbler - depending on your configuration of course. Doubling the hose width will quadruple the hose volume and that might be enough to prevent the water regression. regards, Buccaneer |

The way I solved the same problem was to install a tee in the line and put check valve in the tee. This way when the unit creates a vacuum, it pull in fresh air through the check valve. I can upload a drawing if you need.
