what is the Gas

Does anybody know what gas is produced when using KOH. I imagine it might be difficult to analyse as I've heard that when the gas is held for a short period of time it turns back to water. Is this true? But my question is - Is it just HHO in the volume or are there other percentages of gas in there? I am still in the early days of understanding this weird science, like why does the flame almost instantly melt rock but slowly heat aluminium!?It seems it heats resistive materials quicker. Maybe thats for another thread.

If you use KOH as electrolyte, then the output gas ir almost pure HHO with some traces of KOH vapor, but if you use two bubblers, the KOH will remain in the bubbler water so the output after the bubblers is pure HHO, that is exactly why KOH or NaOH is the best electrolyte. It does not take part in the chemical reaction and remains in the water. But if you use table salt or baking soda, then you have other gases in the output besides HHO. If salt is used you get chlorine along the HHO and that is not good. Also a lot of scum forms in the water if salt is used as an electrolyte. So the bottomline is - use only KOH (or NaOH depending on your cell enclosure materials)!
About the flame, I also have verified, that aluminum heats up slower than for example tungsten. The theory is that metals with more athoms tighter together (heavier) heat up quicker than metals with less athoms and further away from each other (lighter). This is why aluminum might be a great material for condensing the HHO to get the "pure" water for healing purposes.
