Update

Encoder Wheel for Thane Heins replication of regenerative acceleration
generator. Coils were directed by my main man TURION.

Remember this, when people are wandering around in the dark trying
to find their way and someone shines the light for them, it is a kindness.

So many have given up thru misdirection.

Thanks so much to everyone who has given.

PS About the oil clutch, I greased it instead and it works without
adding more dozens of start ups where before oil needed to be
added every 10 times.

Okay everyone I have been working to update my winding table
which is key to getting quick coils wound without breakage and
accurate lengths of wire. Tensioners are important. I have 2 places
to help make a tightly wound spool. 1 at the beginning at the 10 lbs
of copper magnet wire and one at the counter.

This has taken considerable time and effort in the range of a hundred
hours to complete. This is how it is. I will be doing video and playing
the show off soon. Can't wait.

I wound 29awg, tonight I wound 23 awg on this setup and soon I
will be running 25 awg onto my next 24 strand "C" core coil.

There is no way you are going to get up one morning and decide you
are going to wind a 24 strand coil without lots of man hours under
your belt. You got to love this stuff or just forget the whole thing.

Now we will see who wants the extra or were you just joking around?

Yet another example of SPEED UP UNDER LOAD coils or a
Tesla Coil as per the patent on Tesla coils for electro magnets

As Thane says you can use a shorter length of wire on the Tesla
coil and get a 50 degree delay or a little longer one could speed you
way up to 90 degrees delay or as Tesla put it
"AS IF THE COIL WERE NOT THERE" so it is up to you to decide.

Hello forum members

You may recall my video running the Matt Mod Mtr when the unit
crashed? Well i took it all apart the same day but didn't tell you
what I saw. Here is what happened. Never saw such a thing.

It shorted out so the amp draw was still about the same but barely
any rpm's. maybe someone has heard of this.

I suspect the aether(or whatever one wants to call it) tries to heal stresses upon itself, to a point it will do it with turning the motor, but eventually it builds up so much that these shorts are a higher and higher likelihood.

Not sure this can help I found a few notes of partial discharge on dielectrics.

Breakdown Due to Treeing and Tracking
When a solid dielectric subjected to electrical stresses for a long time fails, normally two
kinds of visible markings are observed on the dielectric materials. They are:
(a) the presence of a conducting path across the surface of the insulation;
(b) a mechanism whereby leakage current passes through the conducting path finally leading
to the formation of a spark. Insulation deterioration occurs as a result of these sparks.
The spreading of spark channels during tracking,
in the form of the branches of a tree is called treeing.
Consider a system of a solid dielectric having a conducting film and two electrodes on its
surface. In practice, the conducting film very often is formed due to moisture.
On application of voltage, the film starts conducting, resulting in generation of heat,
and the surface starts becoming dry. The'conducting film becomes separate due to drying, and
so sparks are drawn damaging the dielectric surface. With organic insulating materials such
as paper and bakelite, the dielectric carbonizes at the region of sparking, and the carbonized
regions act as permanent conducting channels resulting in increased stress over the rest of the
region. This is a cumulative process, and insulation failure occurs when carbonized tracks
bridge the distance between the electrodes. This phenomena, called tracking is common
between layers of bakelite, paper and similar dielectrics built of laminates. On the other hand
treeing occurs due to the erosion of material at the tips of the spark. Erosion results in the
roughening of the surfaces, and hence becomes a source of dirt and contamination. This
causes increased conductivity resulting either in the formation of a conducting path bridging
the electrodes or in a mechanical failure of the dielectric.

Sparking will occur in the air gap (an ionized cloud plus the insulation a series) so that a charge accumulation takes place on the surface of
the insulation. Sometimes the spark itself erodes the surface of the insulation. As time passes,
breakdown channels spread through the insulation in an irregular "tree" like fashion leading to the formation
of conducting channels. This kind of channeling is called treeing.

end of copy paste.

Some use a snubber to reduce this dilemma in motors, in battery to battery commutation thinking about some of those effects mentioned
in earlier posts and in old writings where sparks were described as star shaped like giving off particles accomplished in mechanical switching.

Yes that is exactly the doc I was looking for. I went to bed last night and when
I woke up the PDF had loaded but this is the first I read it.

Thanks Guy
