TRV Session-right but wrong?
We are in the middle of an interesting TRV job that I thought I would share with you.
An individual was arrested for a fairly serious crime (if found guilty, up to 20 years). (we were told he did not do the crime, but was framed for it) We were contracted to TRV the optimum strategy for having the charges dropped or being found not guilty. On the face of things that would seem like a very good target to do. -He did not do the crime -He wants to know the optimum strategy to employ to have the charges dropped, or to be found not guilty at trial. It seemed straight-forward and 3 people TRV'ed it blind (blind meaning they had no idea what they were TRVing) Everyone got the same data- Confess what he knows Cut a deal He did not do it, but he knows who did and much more, but all of the same general nature. NOW, it does not seem like this may not truly be the optimum for him. As the data says, it is the optimum way to get the charges dropped or to be found not guilty. However, there is some concern that if he did that, though he would have the charges dropped, he might not be alive/healthy to enjoy his freedom. Therefore, we are probably going to TRV the situation from a different angle....the angle of what would be optimum for him in this situation. Once we have done that I will let you know what data we got and then how it all works out.  For those of you that are learning to TRV, this perfectly illustrates how important having the correct target cued up is!

Hi Bryan,
This takes a minute to load: basic trv sessions And I'm in preschool compared to Kevin. Also, trv'ers and other rv'ers really don't do random blind tests from the crowd because if the target is something sinister, it will cause problems. Another reason they don't is that it is just too easy for people to learn it themselves as long as they just put the time in. Quote:

the course that i took was called "Learn RV" from LearnRv.com.
it is a four part DVD course, but i only finished the first one. like i said, the first RV session i was 100% dead on, but my accuracy gradually dropped with each new session. as you guys suggested, it was probably because the sessions were too close together (within 30minutes) i will check out your link thank you

Follow up session
We have completed the follow up work for the Client mentioned above.
We did end up doing an optimum trajectory for this individual regarding this case. We got very well corroborated data from 3 blind sessions and it was indeed different than the data that showed the optimum way to get the charges dropped or for him to be found not guilty. As long as the Client follows the data (someone can always choose to do something other than the optimum) there will be some interesting twists and turns that will result in the optimum outcome for him given all the circumstances, not just the court case. The court date is scheduled to take place within the next 60 days. After it is done I will post as much detail as I can without violating Client confidentiality. It should be very interesting! The original motivation for this thread was not about this specific case, but about the concept of NOT limiting options----that includes when Cueing a TRV target, and in life in general. By cueing up the original target with the constrictions of what is optimum for getting the charges dropped or for him to be found not guilty, we were making the assumption that only one of those two options would be optimum...we were limiting the scope of possibilities that we were looking at. As it turned out, there are other options besides those two, and by taking our assumptions out of the TRV Target cue we were able to see that the optimum for him is NOT one of those two. It is a good thing to realize with life in general....there may very well be options that extend far beyond our "first-blush" assumptions, or what is traditionally accepted as optimum. Like a wise man once said: My momma always said, "Life was like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get."

There are plenty of targets and data there to give you an idea of the quality of data one can get TRVing. P.S. TRVing is a BLAST!  Sometimes it can feel a bit like drudgery, especially if one works a bunch of boring corporate targets for Clients...but even after almost 7 years of TRVing, I am still in constant amazement that with TRV protocols installed in my mind, and with a pen and paper, I can know anything about anything. Now that is EXCITING!
