Men Who Stare At Goats

I recently watched this movie and would recommend it.

About trv and the military but comical.

Good for the first half or so, unraveles a bit in the second.

Last scene is good.

reminds me of a joke I won't repeat, the punchline is "Ghosts? I thought you said goats!"

Certainly a lot to ponder in this movie. Not so much from the point of view of how much of it is true (probably 95%,) but from the point that a bad apple can hijack and ruin a good thing. Intention is so important.

Men Who Stare At Goats

I saw it when it first came out. There are some true things in it about
remote viewing but the movie makes the whole thing look like a joke.

Overall, it is good entertainment and I think is worth watching.

I was thinking back on the solar stove scene. I can't remember which way he had that cone facing, but I'm wondering if he didn't have it upside down. Does anyone remember which way it was facing?

It seems like it would have needed to have the more open side up but I think he had it the other way.

Ok now I'm going to write something about the end so if you haven't seen this and are planning to I would avoid reading the part immediately below in blue :

SPOILER ALERT*****************

I found the end extremely touching because it seems like such a struggle to "institutionalize" these concepts like trv, free energy, loa, etc.

It's like trying to make a new paradigm fit within an old one. I think many of us have dealt with these challenges and understand them on a deep level. That's why I literally started crying at the end, it's just so true. These things are all possible but bringing them into our current reality seems to require living beyond it.

I enjoy George Clooney's performances and it's nice to see Remote Viewing highlighted, I just wish it could be somewhat factual. I suspect that the process is too tedious for Holyweird as the repetitious drawing is a bit mundane.

Another movie featuring remote viewing is Suspect Zero with Ben Kingsley and Carrie-Ann Moss.

Hope everyone is doing well

Not really scary, kind of intense and dramatic, though. Definitely not lighthearted fare, but nothing to be scared of either.

Suspect Zero

The movie makes Ben Kingsly (the remote viewer) look like he is
both psychotic and on speed at the same time while remote viewing.

Hihi, Sorry Jessica, been away.

Nah, it's not scary. Just watch it with a friend

What I found interesting about Kingsly's method is that it combines the "mentored" method to trv. Meaning the original viewers and some other modalities that exist today because of it, had the viewer & a (what's the word....) control, that guided the session.

Kingsly has a tape recorder & plays back the control. Other than that's he's a bit erratic for sure.

Psychic Energy Techniques/Astral Travel/Meditation Courses

Hey there, Just wanted to share some reaaly cool stuff I have been reading.

To anyone that is interested I will mail you the book "The Men Who Stare At Goats" It's an interesting read, I loved the movie mainly for laughs but the psychic energy/remote viewing element kept it interesting for me, so I bought the book.
I am giving it away as part of my first Book/Cd Giveaway, on my site, you can check the forums out for more info and titles.

IF you are like me you usually try to devour the entire book in one night and get as much value and practical use out of it as possible, so make use of the audio instruction that comes with these. They will reveal a more human insight to these types of training.

First one teaches Psychic Energy Techniques and Basics about Chi Energy, Auras, Subconscious Mind and Heaps more.
Psychic Energy - Internal Power Centers

Second one is for Astral Travel/Lucid Dreaming, and Meditation.
Mind Portal - Mind Force Meditation

The psychic energy one is probably the most profound book I have ever read, it actually lays out techniques in a simple step by step manor. And for the skeptics don't even bother showing your doubts until you've actually read it.
There are many skills to be learned here, and for the enthusiastic bunch you also get Bonus material from other courses when you buy it.

IF you have been intrigued thus far, you can visit Esoteric Energy for more Information and related courses and topics.
Feel free to stop by and relax, browse around, read articles and enjoy yourself

I hope I have made myself useful here

Peace.................is something we carry with us

Consider it only entertainment - I enjoyed it actually.

They make remote viewing look like a joke, which isn't appreciated.
