Through her website Fire the Grid :: Be Defined.
Shelley Yates tells of her own & that of her small son's death experience & the intercession of light beings which bring them back to life so that she can deliver a message to humanity.

Her aim is to reach as many people as possible who her story resonates with to ask them to spend 1 hour of their time on July 17, 2007 at 11:11 GMT in prayer/meditation to help "fire the grid" & begin to heal our planet. She states that she doesn't know why she has been told that particular time & date but that she has received that time "over & over" from communication with the light beings.

The music on the website is also of special significance & I found listening to it quite beautiful.

Thank you for your post. I got to know this website a few weeks ago. I am planning to participate in it.

I see more and more people know this website and related sites in online communities in Japan. Some people are already meditating for world peace in daily base. I also satrted to meditate on "loving earth" and "world peace" in my Holosync meditation.

I hope more and more people will participate in it.

This is where the song song comes in. Bradfield's song was transmitted to him with the intent of reaching the masses for this exercise. It is a prayer of invitation to connect to the universal consciousness, to allow the human to relinquish and have faith that all will be delivered with belief and trust. The actual words say what the intention means; the frequency and tones will facilitate the opening and connection. At my request, Bradfield has graciously agreed once again to make the "Be Still Thy Soul" song prayer available as a free download to the public. We are all blessed with the ability to move this light around, it is but a mattter of choosing to do so. The human simply has to decide to believe the words to which he/she is agreeing and offer themselves openly and willingly to the universe for this divine connection.

There is a World Clock on the menu bar of the "Fire the Grid" website. If I have interpreted it correctly everybody who looks at the time in the blue numerals will be looking at the equivalent local time of 11:11 GMT for their timezone.

Eg for my time zone it is showing as 9.11pm. If you look at it for your time I presume the blue numerals will be different to 9:11.

Please let me know If I've made the wrong assumption. I'd hate to miss it!

I can't see the time zone on the menu. It possibly is there, but where I've looked at the Menu bar, and had to close down some of my buttons and google bar etc because it is longer than I can see. Maybe it's at the bottom there just out of sight?

If you enter the site & select the English version it is on the next page in the left hand column of menu items.

You should be able to see a list of 9 items & World Clock is number 8 immediately under downloads.

There isn't a direct link to that specific page but here is front page link again.

We have been having a discussion about Fire the Grid in our Reiki forum & S.J & Joy posted the links to these videos there. So a big thanks to them for finding this series. I found them really inspiring & uplifting to view. Each is about 9 mins long, except for the last one, which is about 4 mins.

I found Shelley Yates to have a very down to earth manner whilst at the same time being very entertaining to watch & listen to as she communicates how she came into contact with the light beings, how the project evolved, what to do to help fire the grid & what the light beings say will happen in 2012.

If you've been following the thread here or elsewhere about the meditation hour for Fire the Grid & have been drawn to it, but thought that you couldn't participate because of work/other commitments, or because meditating or praying isn't your "thing" then please take a moment to read the following information from Shelley Yates (see Part 2)

She explains how we can all make a difference in our own way & each contribute our positive energy to this wonderful project in any other number of small but equally diverse & meaningful ways. Every person's participation is important no matter how small, or where we feel we are on our life's journey, if it is undertaken with free & positive intent. Together we can combine to make the difference that is so urgently needed.

This project started with just one amazing woman & grew to include 2 other highly talented & gifted people - Bradfield & Anael. Just three peoples' steadfast belief & desire have launched this project from zero & grown it to the point where the "Fire the Grid" website is now receiving 50,000 hits a day worldwide!
