Levels of Conciousness
to all the lovely energetic forumers out there ...  
how do you define .. or describe .. the levels of conciousness ? ... and are those same as the levels of spirituality ? ... how do we get to the different levels..and what is their significance...and ... does it work this way: you mature from one level of conciousness (or spirituality) to the other and when you do, you dont go back to the previous level ? ... does it give u a wider sense of perception / understanding ?? ...
there is a saying that says .... "you cannot solve your problem if you are on the same level of conciousness that created that problem in the first place" .. how can i know if im on the same level??
last portion of my question .. what exactly is "Higher Self" and does it have any connection to the context of my first portion of the question ??
i'll be posting useful links about those levels and stuff ... but first i want to hear answers from the specialists ...
