If I just listen to my theatre, is that ok? I know that it tells me "not all feedback in received" I assume that is because I haven't answered the questions. Do I still receive enough benefit?

As Aaron said, it is highly recommended to view the Theater as well as listening to it so that you can answer all the questions, unless you are prone to seizures.
You will receive benefit, but it will not be full benefit.
If you do not want to view, and answer the questions, we recommend that you use the Generation I (does not ask questions) Theater, as opposed to the Generation II.

I do like to just listen some times.. especially when I'm working as it relaxes me. I do watch it fully, but have a habit of just listening. Now I know I didn't get full benefit.

Hi Mary-Anne,
I used to do the same thing with the Gen I...hardly ever viewed it, mostly just listened to it.
Now I view my Theaters at least once a week, answering all the questions.
But sometime, like you, I listen to it additional times...it is relaxing and it definitely does provide some benefit.
