        I think he calls it a pulsed PASS Transformer? Maybe. "PASS" transformers
        as they have been called since the 90's are coils that transfer power
        generally with some degree of increased efficiency.

        I called some companies in the 90's to ask that question and they
        said what they had gained through experimental evidence was at that
        time being applied to their SWITCH-MODE converter circuits, I would
        be welcome to sign a NDA then they would explain.

        Whatever the scheme of either secret or open tech the goal should
        always exceed 150 year models.

        The goal at that time was to replace block transformers with very
        light energy saving circuits. The PASS transformer brought losses
        down a full 20 percent. This meant that a 65 percent iron transformer
        could now be replaced with an 85 percent energy transfer device.

        In the case of the video 58vdc X 60ma = 58 X .060 = 3.48 watts

        His small light appears to be a 3v flash light bulb. very dimly lit.

            Hello ,

            this is just a point of view about capa / coil system, Tesla suggested all the magnetic and electric phenomena is due to molecule electrostatic forces this remind me about spinning electrons phenomena as suggested by Don Smith..

            the capacitor can store the electric energy for a long time ( time is important .. ) while the coil can't do the same thing for magnetic energy due to impossibility to preserve an electric current without furnishing a power ...

            a question may appear how the ambient can store all this unlimited electric power ?

            Mr Tesla replied us to this question : Throughout space there is energy. Is this energy static or kinetic? If static our hopes are in vain; if kinetic — and this we know it is, for certain — then it is a mere question of time when men will succeed in attaching their machinery to the very wheelwork of nature.

            from my previous comparison it appear that the capacitor is the most successful device that emulate the behavior of ambient background, even Tesla commend the capacitor and he saw it as the most amazing device ...
