tips for studying electricity?

I can only focus in short spirts after a days work it is brutal detaining sufficient energy, i eat tons of sweets and exercise sometimes while studying max energy max bloodflow and hydration no caffiene or meat ,veggieshakes also

I love theMIT lectures on electricity and magnetism on youtube!!
