The Saffire project is just another Computer Simulated Theory to earn some egg head a Nobel Prize for imaginative theories.

They know not what electric means. They are caught up in the electron theory and this will be computed in their theoretic Model.

What you are seeing in the sun disc in the sky is a Ball Of Continuous Lightning. They are still hung up on HOT Fusion. Cold Electricity is unknown to them. Most inventors who discover Cold Fusion, notice their 'experiment runs cold or dew condenses on the apparatus.

This is particularly noticeable on ALL JoeCells. And there are 100's of designs some so large they barely fit in a pickup. But more on that later.
First we MUST understand what Magnetic Current (electricity) is before we can make it. Otherwise you only get 'meterable' energy.
