no. i am not thinking of the microwave backround. i know about that and it is a weak and not relevant radiation. i am talking about the substance of the heliosphere. SOLAR PLASMA. it is very diffrent. it comes from the sun's atmosphere right to earth. the proccess is called FLUX TRANSFER EVENTS (FTEs) they create the energy for earth's storm systems and GICs
