The Moses Code ?!
Hello,
I just reciently read an article in a Seattle newage paper about James Twyman and ? another author who've written a book (and created a movie-to be released april 5?) called the Moses Code.(I Am That I Am). I just paroosed his site Emissary of Light (or? the Beloved Community) and read another review from Lighthouse...all in google if you search Moses Code...It looks interesting. I first heard (of) J Twyman when he put out a cd of songs he was inspired to write all to the words of prayers of peace from a myriad of different religions. It was beautiful!! He toured the world giving peace concerts. i also read a book of his called "Emissaries of Light" i think, that he wrote about when he took the Peace concert to Croatia in the middle of their war. While there he was introduced to a group of what Ive concluded were "ascended?" masters who move around and help to hold the vibration of peace  and love in places that need it most. It was a majical but very earthly and "real" book. He also is a huge advocate of the "Indigo"(and "crystal") kids finding a monestary in his travels where they were being brought together and protected...in Russia?...to keep their government from finding them and using them for their nefarious means. I think he is was based in Ashland Or and is friends with N D Walsch (of the Converssations with God books) among many other Metaphysicals. Anyway this Moses Code looks like a deepening of understanding and using of "the Secret"... beyond ego ....To give rather than to get... Hmmmm. I could use some help there...  Blake

Hi Blake!
Hey Blake! I heard about the Moses Code recently too and am very interested. I heard James Twyman speak on Hayhouse Radio... sounds fascinating! I haven't read it so can't comment further but I'll be interested to see if anyone else has come across it yet. Right now I'm reading A Course in Miracles which is pretty intense!

Silly me, I didn't realize the book wasn't out yet either! LOL Anyway, I'm somewhat skeptical because of the hype and the whole thing of not another takeoff of the Secret but James Twyman seems to be pretty genuine from seeing his past work so.... it'll be interesting to see how it develops! :thumbsup

I had not heard of this book and movie until just now. I must say, it looks compelling. I think I may take a ride to Barnes and Noble tonite to pick up a copy.
I keep saying I am going to write a book review for the esm newsletter. Maybe this will be the one to inspire me to follow through

Read it in One Night
As I said in my earlier post, I just received the book last evening. I was interested in giving it a read to see where the author was coming from. When I looked at the Moses Code site it felt to me like it was following the whole Secret set up with the movie trailer etc. I was happy to see some of the other spiritual writers, like Neale Donald Walsh taking part.
I was also hoping it would go beyond... When I began reading - one of the warnings in the book says: "Once you open this door, it can never be shut. You'll know too much once you've been exposed to this secret, and you'll never be able to fall back into ignorance." Of course, that just pushed me further along If I were to summarize - the book is discussing the two paths we have before us - one serving the ego and the other the soul. We each must choose which path to take. This all sounds so familiar to me and seems in synch with a lot of the writing I have been doing lately. More to share later, but for now.... The CODE...
Its more like the "Secret" with God and "we are all one" added to the recipe.... not that those were ever out of it... just more briefly aknowledged in the Secret
I was wondering if anyone else has seen it yet...? and what they thought? It took a bit of time for the movie to download on my computer (I didnt think it was doing anything the first couple times and gave up too soon...how metaphoric....) Thanks Adreinne for the link! Its not so much a story movie but it actually had me (happy) teary eyed at points because of some of the stories in it and the message it was conveying. To me it was powerful and beautiful! The comma thing though...that was kinda cheesy... To me I think apart of the brilliance of "I Am That I Am" is that it could be saying many different things...and theres a loopy infinate aspect to it with out punctuation... its hard to box up God into a comma... even though God is the comma. Other than that i was deeeeply moved...What they were saying fit this forum "perfectly" I thought. ....has anyone posted on "the Opus"? Bob Doyle referred to it as a Secret-y parallel.
