good read but i would file it as "to increase psy potential" not Empathic ability. Empaths work differently then this.He goes into the full spectrum of psy abilities.

Empaths feel things exp. anger, pain, happiness.......They don't see things or read actual thoughts.

I would agree to the hightened senses though,empaths have abilities to read thing around them.Sorta like awake meditation,aware of all things around them but still in a concious mind.

I'm rambling on.......
