When I first started on PATHS a little over three weeks ago, I made a commitment to blog about my daily progress (using this very forum's blog function, in fact). I am so glad that I did so now, as otherwise I would be failing to notice some small but very significant changes that have been taking place recently.

I highly recommend keeping a blog, and faithfully reporting to it daily. It's easy to set up, and it only takes a few minutes a day.

You may just be astounded when you go back and read over it later on.

I agree. I m writing my own blog describing my progress. I also did a 30 days overview of using PATHS. It s really great to see how it all went.

Yes! I totally agree with you both. Blogging is a GodSend on those days when you feel like you've taken 1 step forward and 2 steps back. It helps you keep things in perspective and shows you that you are growing and expanding each day, which is so important in life.

I'm in total agreement with you all about blogging, the discipline helps focus on what's changing and the sharing of advice for those moments of cognitive dissonance.

As more of us blog the energy vibration of PATHS reaches more people and that has to be a good thing for the planet.
