When I took my third ThetaHealing course from my instructor Asara Lovejoy (don't you just love her name!) she taught me a great way to avoid arguing with my inner critic, and this is what she told me to do; Every time you get bogged down in negative (stinkin') thinking, say a version of this phrase;

"I don't know how I'm so rich, I only know that I am."
"I don't know how I'm so lucky, I only know that I am."
"I don't know how I'm such a great public speaker, I only know that I am."
"I don't know how the Law Of Attraction works for me, I only know that it does."
"I don't know how I love myself so much, I only know that I do."
"I don't know how I'm so happy. I only know that I am."
"I don't know how I get along so well with my co-workers, I only know that I do."

The above phrasing allows your command to flow into your subconscious mind without argument from your conscious mind. I use it all the time in my day to day life. It's easy, and It Works!
