I know someone with OCD who is interested in using PATHS...are there any complications in doing so? And what modules/supplements would you recommend for him? He says that he gets obsessed over fearful thoughts a lot, and gets stressed out.

He is also very prone to spiritual experiences / kundalini awakenings, if that changes anything.

I have heard of a few ocd problems being helped with paths.

I think self-esteem and stress reduction modules are good. Mood elevator also but only if they are truly depressed.
