(Day 4 of confidence/self esteem module and spirulina)

Yesterday morning I woke up and discovered that my tongue - usually so lovely, clear and pink - was absolutely coated with this horrible furry white stuff! Now, before you go all "aw Rin, we don't need to hear about your skanky tongue issues" on me, let me tell you that I know a healing crisis when I see one, and that's what's happening to me right now! So I'm very excited to see it.

Could it be the spirulina? Did anybody else notice this or other side-effects after starting?

Oh yeah, another thing about the spirulina is that it seems to have given me loads of energy. Yesterday afternoon for example I was able to get more done than I usually do in a whole week.

And my skin looks clearer too, somehow plumper. Very nice! I wish I'd discovered that stuff before.

Yeah, when I go through a detox, my tongue gets coated with that gloop too. It's the toxins exiting our bodies. Pretty cool huh?! Just be sure to brush your tongue!!!! lol.
