Daylight Saving Time & PATHS Sleep Module
For USA Residents!
It's that time of year again - time to spring forward with Daylight Saving! If it seems like this is earlier than normal, you're right. An energy bill passed by Congress kicked in this year, so Daylight Saving started on the second Sunday of March. We set our server clocks ahead one hour at 2:00 a.m. Pacific time on Sunday, March 11th.
For the Majority of the World!
Today, approximately 70 countries utilize Daylight Saving Time in at least a portion of the country. Japan, India, and China are the only major industrialized countries that do not observe some form of daylight saving.
We have our server clocks set for each time zone according to the current Standards.

Some useful information regarding sleep and the use of PATHS:
The PATHS sleep module does not make one a robot on when to wake up and go to sleep
If you are new to PATHS it can take a few days-a week or so for your system to get fully "in synch"
If you are HSR (see HSR's and LSR's ) you may be anticipating your wake time and waking up prior to the desired time. If this is occurring, give it a few days, and if it does not settle in, then send an email, explaining what you are experiencing, to info@paths-vx.com and we will make adjustments.
When there is a time change, with or without PATHS, it can take your body some time to adjust to the new hours.
