Changing Time Zones

Here is a question from a PATHS customer:

Q: I am going out of town on vacation. Do I need to have my time zone changed to keep my PATHS sleep schedule up to date?

A: Yes. If you are going to be out of your time zone, let us know where you will be and we will update your time zone accordingly. When you return from your trip, let us know and we will change it back for you!

It was the best when I went to Australia from CA. I got right on Aussie time and didn't feel much jet lag! Paths rocks!
