    antigravity engine

    .

    1. pivot
    2. flywheel
    3. DC electric motor
    4. stake
    5. floor
    6. limit switch of left or sensor of left
    7. limit switch of right or sensor of roght
    8. inverter controlled by switches
    9. mass balance or ballast
    10. main switch

    step 1
    The flywheel (2) accelerates clockwise.
Because reaction, the stator engine tends to accelerating counterclockwise, so the pivot (1) is pushed upwards.
    Warning!
The flywheel turns accelerating, it must never turns at a constant speed.

I'm not sure I understand the way this works but it looks interesting. Do you have any kind of animation or have you built this? I do know someone who has a working anti-gravity device using high speed motors in various configurations similar to Tesla's anti-grav device. His actually works and has been observed by a University but I have agreed not to discuss it (and I don't have much details anyway) until he decides to bring it out. I could see how his concept would work and apparently his high school age kids had 'dropped jaw' syndrome when they saw it working in his garage

I think I see some similarity here to what little I saw in sketches with his. Can you elaborate on how this would work.
