it's simple Nitro Pdf can do that with advanced OCR technology, the whole document is converted you can translate its parts using google translator since it offer a good translation with error correction.

I downloaded the D. Smith Patent in Spanish and am working on translating it...it will be sometime before I post it here though...am awfully busy.
My comments about it?
Not much revealed really, except that He is capturing "usable" Electricity from the Magnetic Field, which is done by different means...the metal plates with dielectric in between (5 and 7 in the drawings).. or Coils...set exactly at center of Dipole, which could also be of different means, like a simple iron bar, a plasma tube or also another coil...which is supposed to build a positive-negative polarization on its extreme ends.
Nothing as how to "drive" the Magnetic Fields in order they do the fully or more efficient job, as is Field to Electrical conversion. And I believe this has been the missing "link" on almost all this Free Energy Patents.
