hey,
ok i did see these breathing execises on PI, and have simply been practicing breathing, which has improved for me for sure, and gratefully. I have struggled with the breathing from time to time cuz of all the emotional stirring from paths (yes good) and was having alot of pain that made it hard to breath deep, but since Grace has been doing her CEM on me i am able to breath deep again...thanks Gracie my question is...which do we start with first? # 1? or all at different times of the day? i thought i read the same techniques somewhere on PI also but with simply the tongue pressed against the roof of the mouth...not specifying the tip of the tongue...and with the hands just one on top of the other, of course depending whether you are male or female....does it matter about exact technique? and am i losing my mind and getting things from what i read...the way i want to get them? ya i know i'm not losing my mind, but i swear thats the info i came across. will we know when it is time to move on, or is it strictly three times a day for three months..with no room to improvise? are these guidlines for people who don't struggle with the breathing? or consistancy, or remembering? thank you Aaron...glad for the info...peace and gratitude...Adrienne |

time for breathing exercise
Hi Adrienne,
These breathing exercises can be done as few or as many times as you want through the day. Actually, they can be done continuously as far as the breathing in light one way. Driving, going to sleep, washing dishes, watching tv, surfing the net and of course at times set aside specifically for the exercises. I practice these wonderful breathing exercises at least once a day, usually before my meditation and often before going to sleep, but I have recently incorporated parts 6 and 7 into my workouts at the gym.... Now, between my reps, when I do the weight machines, I take about two extra minutes and really focus on that white light as I breathe in and this makes the whole workout experience even more satisfying for me! small universe & large universe
Hi Jamie,
The small universe breathing or the microcosmic orbit is a breathing method that allows anyone to start deliberately circulating the build up qi in the body utilizing the governing and conception vessels. For more details on these, search google for (du and ren vessels governing conception). The attached pic with thumbnail below shows the small universe pathway. The pic isn't much bigger than the thumbnail Only simple pic I could find of it. When tongue is at roof of mouth and there is the in breath brining qi go the lower abdomen, on the outbreath, drop tongue, slowly blow air out mouth and visualize the qi moving downwards toward the anus, straight up the spine, over the head and down to the roof of the mouth...all on one outbreath. That is all one in and out breath. repeat. That is the "small universe" breathing. It can get more complex with all the theoretical explanations of what is happening but cultivating the qi in the dan tien first for a while is crucial or the qi will just fizzle out and be very weak through the system. An enhancement of this is on the outbreath when dropping the tongue, contract the anus and that connects strongly the point down there. On the in breath relax anus and reconnect tongue to the roof of the mouth. etc... Both switches at the top and bottom are 180 degrees out of phase from each other. When one is on the other is off and visa versa. This system is strangely similar to the Bedini "free energy' battery chargers with the same style switching mechanism. Our body and these energy systems are all open systems. The large universe is just a more complex pathway for the energy to be directed. If I can find a good pic, I'll post it here if not, I'll explain it here. |

That is awesome you are applying these methods because they really are powerful. I'm excited to see you in Vegas and if you remind me, I'll show you the kidney deep bend exercise. It is absolutely powerful. Also, I'll be sharing another exercise method that will be different for every single person ![]() It is what unlocked and unleashed 9 full blown kundalini releases for me. At least, it was the precursor to them all but I didn't learn that until later. |

I am feeling mighty strong from the combo of The Ultimate Body module AND my workouts, so I am sure I will be able to handle those deep knee bends with ease! I am gald I found your thread The kidney deep bend exercise must that powerful to awake the kundalini. I like to more of your exercise if you prefer to post. Do you know the knowledge/technique of Nei Kung? The books that you had mentioned on Electric Fluid Guy at Amazon, seandentry doesn't recommend them because the author seem to lack knowledge in this subject, because he didn't finish the training? Or these books may suffice for a beginner to practice Nei Kung. But I have read that it is dangerous to practice Nei Kung if the teacher isn't competent. Like Mantak Chia who have/had several law suits for stealing intellectual property and teaching to his students that apparently have experienced energy blockage Henrii |

My secret to the kundalini release for me was very dedicated practice of zi fa dong gong and that was practiced before I ever knew it was something other people knew about. I was inspired by direct connection to source. It is a very profound exercise. With neigung, I believe daoist qigong methods are the most powerful...just a personal belief. A good basic book on it is "qigong empowerment" by Liang & Wu. There is a section on taoist qigong. An 18th generation master is Wang Liping and there is a book called Opening the Dragon Gate - The Making of a Modern Taoist Wizard, I was recently introduced to and is about Liping. Amazon.com: Opening the Dragon Gate: The Making of a Modern Taoist Wizard: Books: Kaiguo Chen I'd recommend working with a qigong master who can actually demonstrate abilities. The concept that they don't want to show off, etc... in my opinion is justification for revealing they have not achieved high level so someone who can demonstrate something would be a teacher I would study with. |
