I'm thinking of you today doing your Black Belt exam. I'm so glad Moria suggested that you give attention to your ankle & I'm certain all will go well for you. So, I/m sending congratulations in advance, although you may not get this until later.
I woke this morning with a terribly stiff neck. It's very painful to turn it to either side & lifting my head up is agony. I know people talk about such things as 'ascension symptoms' which are happening to all of us right now, but I would like to get back mobility in the neck area asap. Do you think you could do some of your magic healing on me, please?

well...i am gonna share some more of my experience, strenght and hope, with all of ya'll....
K, well i haven't been posting here for a few days, cuz so much is happening that it's hard to specify anything while being in the middle of it.... it has been Two weeks tomorrow that Grace and i talked and worked with me...and i had no pain for awhile and then i have had some more bouts of pain, a couple of times gone through muscle spasms in my back (still fighting on and off with one coming and going), i have also for the last 7-8 yrs been experiencing iritis...Arthritis of the eye, it seems to favor my right eye to....it has been coming and going, cuz wonderful Gracie will do corrections and then it will surface again....I asked her about this and the re-surfacing back tension, and she said it is more layers of issues... and that this stuff is so ready to get the h*** out of my system....and the shift in my being is incredible, although am still in the midst of the process.....hmmmm, i am and have experienced soar muscles to, from the lack of tension in them....must have been so tense for sooo long....my shoulders feel alot looser too.......CEM is amazing, and i have started to look into it, cuz i love where one can go with it.....So there have been tears and fears and BOOM, they go very quickly, don't linger on for as long, and i don't find myself getting into bouts of crying that drains me, but just little bits of emotion and then it seems to be gone.....one layer at a time I guess.....and not all at once, like a pressure valve burst...HUGE GRATITUDE....although the little bits at times have whiped me....i don't have to become a mess....Ya dig
i have been avoiding this place and sharing my experience, cuz i have been feeling very vulnerable with the changes, feelings, and in not understanding what the heck is going on, but i wanted to share this....and will keep sharing as things progress.....Cheers to all....

Funnily enough, just after reading your post I decided to look for a personalised avatar for myself as I see Aaron has fixed the link & almost immediately I came across this one http://img1.jurko.net/avatar_1976.gif.
which made me think of you. If you decide that you would like to use it, let me know, & I'll have my husband resize it for you to the correct size as specified by Aaron.

The CEM is certainly amazing. I've had a few ups & downs since I spoke to Grace. Some days I've experienced a real adrenalin rush & I've felt fantastic then some days I've hit a bit of a low spot. She did some work on my lower back & for the 2 days immediately following it was quite painful. I'd read somewhere on Dr Yuen's site however that that was normal, so I took that as a good sign that I was eliminating "stuff". I've still got a bit of discomfort & a few twinges now but I think it is just a bit of a muscular thing.

The biggest change for me though has been the "freeing up" of myself. I have always been a very reserved & private person. I am just amazed that I can now post here & express a little of what I am feeling.
