 Attention Everybody!!!!! It is time we all do a little energy raising for our most lovely and talented hostess here, Yes our ONE and only Grace  As many of you know tomorrow begins her and her son's BIG competition at DISNEY WORLD!!!!! Our lovely and angelic Grace is going to kick some major booty and bring the GOLD home to all of us to admire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So what do you all say??? Hi you absolutely beautiful people you!!!
Yes, I and my Son Ryan are competing in the Martial Arts Festival at Walt Disney World here in Orlando Florida (2 hours north of where I live) this is going to be filmed on ESPN2. This is the Wild World of Sports that Disney puts on every year. This Martial Arts Festival has been going on at Disney's Wild World of Sports for 8 years now, but our division of "Classical martial Arts" traditional Okinawan Karate is new this year! I am very happy and grateful that I can promote Okinawan karate in this manner! My goal is to get more women involved in Martial Arts!I am deeply touched for all of your "well wishes" it means so very much to me!! I will keep you informed of what is happening. I am certain that I will be able to log in and post from the hotel!  ALLEN! Even though I will be in Orlando, I am going to work on that "stubborn" elbow of yours again this evening and in the morning while I drive up to Orlando! This will be two hours of constant attention on YOU! All is PERFECT!  Moria, Thank you so much for your posts!!! Bobi!, you have touched me so, Thank you for your posts too! I will also give you more attention this weekend. There is always "down time" during these karate events, and I will be doing "corrections" for you then! So pay attention to what you feel this Saturday and Sunday!! I will be posting soon! Love and Gratitude to ALL OF YOU!!

Hi My Sweeties!
I just got a call from Grace and I am thrilled to report to all of you Darlings that she and Ryan competed today in Team Kata (7 teams) and they are both Over the Moon tonight as they won the SILVER medal!!!!  Tomorrow they will be competing in Individual Kata and it will be live on ESPN! Grace expects that she will be doing her thing later in the day as the Black Belt competition is usually done last, but Ryan should be competing earlier! I hope to witness our Amazing Grace and Ryan "The Lion" as they WOW the crowd with their FABULOUS Karate Skills!!!! With Much Love and Gratitude, Pamela
