I have been using E3Live liquid blue green algae and E3 AFA for quite a while with incredible results. It works great for PATHS and as a "perfect food" as it is very full spectrum in all its nutrients.

AFA, short for Aphanizomenon flos-aquae (invisible flower of the water) has twice as much chloryphyll as spirulina for the same weight. It is also naturally loaded in PEA (phenylethyl- amine) - a "love hormone" so it is a natural feel good substance that is totally safe.

If anyone is familiar with Stem Enhance product...it not only comes from AFA but it comes from the exact source that E3Live comes from...those companies are related.

The E3Live is the fresh frozen liquid algae straight from the lake and the E3 AFA is in dry capsule form. It isn't as potent as the liquid but is is much more convenient.

If you use the liquid, there is plain, mint or nectar flavor...I haven't used the mint one but the nectar is delicious.

I am planning on ordering both the E3 live and AFA.
I have a question, that doesn't seem to be answered on the site -
It is frozen and yet they offer ground delivery. Can this product be thawed and then frozen and still retain quality?
I don't want to pay the extra $40.00 for overnight delivery if not necessary.

I believe I got mine 2nd day air but I wouldn't go longer than that. It comes with some ice packs but I don't think you want it to go too long.

The one I got is E3 Live Nectar - since you get so much with one order just think a bit about which flavor you want. I believe the nectar is sweeter than the original, but it's the only one I've tried. It's not incredibly sweet though.

It tastes a little wheat grassy. I mix mine in a bit of vanilla soy milk and apple juice and I can't taste the E3 in that, just apple.

The E3Live I always received was frozen really good when it arrived. I am closer to them than Jessica, but there shouldn't be any problems.

Just put them all in the freezer when you get them. Pick one to use and let it thaw out only enough to fill up a little glass supplement jar that will give you a week supply and put the main bottle back in the freezer.

When you go through your week's supply, wash out the bottle and thaw out the source bottle again and repeat.

I would definitely get the nectar...much more enjoyable than the non-flavored. Of course if you mix it into something, almost doesn't matter. I always took it on an empty stomach with a glass of water...2 tablespoons at a time...but I'd recommend building up to it.

One more question...
Is it necessary to take multiple vitamins when on these superfoods?
I also take Berry Green
(New Chapter® Berry Green®)
which is a fantastic product. I think between these three products I am probably getting everything I need (including EFA's).

Anyway, thanks for the advice. I ordered both E3 live and AFA and will look forward to not having to take so many spirulina pills (i am currently taking 20 grams per day).

That multi looks really good as far as quality...total whole food source, the best kind. I personally like much stronger vitamins but with that berry mix, they will be extremely absorbable.

You're definitely getting very full spectrum nutrients. The AFA for a plant source actually has good levels of vitamin b12, which are usually lacking for the most part in plant foods.

Which E3Live did you order? Nectar, Mint or Unflavored?

The Berry Green is not my multi, it is a supplement to my diet. It is really potent though. I am also a big proponent of whole food sources. Your body will take what it needs right?
That is why I am thinking that between all three of these I probably don't need to take a multiple vitamin every day.
Anyway, I am very excited about the E3Live and AFA. I purchased the plain product -
now I wish I had gotten the nectar. No matter though. I will keep you posted on any dramatic results.

Ok, I have been taking the E3 LIve and E3 renew me for a week.
I am truly amazed.
I had been diagnosed with adrenal fatigue last year.
I now understand (via Bruce Lipton, et al ) what caused it. I am dealing with that overachiever by learning the art of not doing....PATHS has truly been a gift in helping me fix the issues that led me to do crazy things like exercise three hours per day(!)

Although I am a health nut, (extremely good diet, green juicing, spriluna, chlorella, detoxing, etc. ) I couldn't seem to get over the fatigue I would feel at certain times of day. On weekends I would nap 3 times a day. After work I got really frustrated with myself because my body craved carbs - so I would have this internal fight every night until bedtime.
Within a few days of starting E3 Live I felt a shift. The carb cravings are gone. One week later I cannot get over how good I feel.

That's awesome! E3Live does pack quite a punch! I'm taking the E3AFA (capsule form) now but E3Live's effects were felt much more stronger because of how absorbable it is. I'm happy to hear your results!

I am now on my second order. This time we bought E3Live with Brain On. I am really excited that my husband is taking it too.
I am uncertain about dosage. I am taking 4 tbsp per day, my husband 1 tbsp.

The customer service folks don't have a specific recommendation - Aaron and Jessica, how much do you take per day? Aaron I know you said you take pills - but at one time took the liquid?

Also, I have developed this really crazy brown color on my palms and fingernails. My biofeedback practitioner told me it was most likely detox.
Have you ever heard of this?

My skin, hair nails, eyes, energy and brain power are all ramped up....This is really good stuff.

I only seem to need a teaspoon a day.

Hi Maggie,

I use 4 grams of the capsules a day minimum. This is of the E3AFA capsules. 4 caps right when I wake up and 4 before lunch. Both with a full glass of water.

Please let me know your experience with the Brain On product.
