self running Bedini monopole !

hi, i am working on this self running bedini monopole, but i can't find MJ21194 in my country, so can you suggest me any alternative.....

This is the list i collected from net , if any of these is good please tell me.

I speculate what your Headline has to do with a selfrunning Bedini, when you only look for a replacement for a Transistor what you dont get anymore.

The Mj21194 is obsolate and a comparable Type is the mj15024.
Mainly its only importend, that you use Transistors what are big enough to handle the Currents in there. The one what are here mainly used are reliable Transistors what still can handle a bit of Power.
