How can i make stable voltage higher than salt waters max stable voltage 1.23V ??

Hi from String Theory :

I have got stability problem with my salt water cell because of
higher voltage than the salt electrolytes max stable voltage = 1.23 Volt !!

What can i do to get stable voltage higher than 1.23 Volt ??
