Need help with powercells that makes low ac power !!

Hi From String Theory :

I have recently made these cells which i can measure dc or ac from !!

(have anyone some explaination for why i can measure dc or ac from same cell ??)

Zinc + Stainless Steel + Playdoh = 0.8 AC Voltage (Not Stable) , micro amps
Aluminium + Graphite + Salt = 1.6 AC Voltage (Not stable) , micro amps

And how can i improve those cells to make more AC Voltage + More Amps ..

I have a simple theory that the ac voltage comes from oscillation magnetic fields !!

Put it on a scope and you'll see it is DC.
