The first is an overview of the ether and then an insurmountable volume of facts and data that cannot be refuted regarding the reality of the ether. Jack Hanlon, Ph.D. believes over unity electrical machines have been built and even demonstrated many times at the ETSC and other places; however, he has never heard a complete explanation of “how they work” that will stand up to the skepticism of a conventionally trained mathematician, physicist or engineer.

The explanations always seem to involve some “mysterious” source of power or slightly nebulous use of magnetism.

The missing piece is always: what is the source of the extra power?

Since we have been unable to answer this question in a satisfactory way, the technology is put in the realm of “voodoo” science, and it is not seriously considered by the larger traditional scientific community.

He believes this holds back the wide spread and rapid development of this important technology and limits the developers to a small community of experimenters.

Switched reluctance generators have always been a prime candidate for overunity results. Eric Dollard who is very skeptical about any "free energy" claims was originally brought into Borderlands years ago to verify a switched reluctance generator built by Peter Lindemann and Michael Knox. Accounting for a sufficient margin of error, Eric Dollard found that it did indeed produce more work than it took to run the machine!

This is probably the most comprehensive analysis on where the free energy is in such machines and it is done in a relatively simple and eloquent manner with simple algebra and geometry.

If this technology is “real”, and he believes it is, then we should be able to give a solid and complete explanation for it based on traditional physics, mathematics and engineering principles.

James Clerk Maxwell – an interesting biographic sketch that quite likely, many mathematicians and engineers have not heard of.

The Maxwell Equations in Modern Form – a general review to set the stage for a comparison of the rest of the presentation.

Maxwell’s Original 20 Equations – this takes you back to the original 1865 paper that he had before he wrote his treatise. Prof. Haralick has a strong intent to figure out what was in those equations in the way that Maxwell wrote them because what many people have said is that what Maxwell had in his equations are not the same as what the Heaviside-Biggs Equations are that are currently used.

Quaternions – this goes into the quaternion algebra, which sounds complicated but if you have any background in the most basic high school algebrea, you’ll understand quite a bit of it.

Quaternion Generalized Maxwell Equations – you’ll then be walked through the derivation and this derivation admits to a longitudinal electric wave along with the scalar wave and this type of “scalar wave” will most likely shock you. So far this comprises a little less than half of the presentation.

Tesla, Galinas, Zimmerman, & Hively – the rest of the talk regarding the work of these men, what they built and what they wrote that is relevant to this kind of generalizaton as well as other related topics. There is definitely some kind of aether weather that influences the machines with its own rhythms where the overunity ebbs and flows – how do we reconcile all of this with conventional physics, which teaches us that these things can’t happen?

Our own perception limits our ability to comprehend these higher dimensional processes and on top of that, most of us are unable to solve problems in certain ways once we are used to solving problems in other ways.

It is important to understand that there are many commonalities throughout many machines that are overunity or in other words, they output more work than is required for us to input into them. Paul will also cover some aspects to Dr. Harold Aspden’s work. This work overturns Einstein’s Relativity as commonly understood as does the work of other forward-thinking scientists. What is so important about Dr. Aspden’s work is that it is using nothing more than relatively simple algebra that describes, time, space and other concepts in simple ways that makes them make sense in a very practical way.

Space itself has “energetic” properties and this is a huge part of the picture that everyone should understand so their foundation has meaning when it comes to the “free energy” sciences.

Something else that is important besides air gaps and energetic properties of space is phase switching – going from electric to magnetic and back to electric. Again, it is necessary to restate the importance that these are commonalities that exist across many overunity machines.

Tesla was known for the ideas of separating the so-called electrons from the radiant energy component of electricity and Paul covers this as well. This presentation is simple enough that most people can understand the concepts even without a background in electrical engineering.

The aforementioned switching methods elicits anomolous TIME effects in batteries, hence the subtitle to this presentatin – IT’S ABOUT TIME – it has more than one meaning. Twenty years ago, John Bedini told me that the capacitors were receiving a TIME charge, but many people didn’t not understand how literal that was. Paul will be going into these concepts from his perspective, which carries a lot of weight. He’s done it with his own builds and he has seen others do it too.

Paul covers his experience with John Bedini’s “Glass Case Motor” and how batteries that were so dead they were corroding away – yet they ran the motor, produced mechanical work, lit LEDs and charged themselves up!

Ed Gray’s motor technology exploited some of these effects and again, Paul wil show you the waveforms that showed the overunity in his own circuits. his inverters showed 106% and his other circuits showed higher such as in his lighting circuits.

And, you will learn how there can be overunity when measuring less than 100%. Much of this comes from Jim Murray’s teachings of how to correctly account for everything happening in a system and when you understand this, you may realize that you too may have overunity but were never able to realize it. This information is very important because most people do not properly account for all the input, output and losses. It’s all about distinctions and this will be spelled out for you.

ENERGY HARVESTING FROM WATER

Dr. Kung starts with an overview of some of his work with EZ water, which is the 4th Phase of Water known as "Exclusion Zone" water, which you would be familiar with if you studied Dr. Pollack's work. This is what Dr. Kung is referring to when he is discussing the properties of Interfacial Water and its net negative charge.

The charge separation that happens when this EZ water is produced is very important because there are two very different types of water that are in close proximity to each other and they do not mix. Therefore, there is a high and low potential or dipole that is formed directly in the water.

What that means is that you can literally create a battery using one source of water that is simply in contact with a hydrophilic surface, which in turn creates the EZ water separation - if you have two potential differences in that water, then you have a battery. That in fact is what Dr. Kung did - by stringing a bunch of those water cells in series, he was able to light an LED to prove the point. It is a ways off before this is something that can produce large amounts of power, but it is in its infancy and is a profound discovery.

John bedini’s self-recharging motor by peter lindemann, dsc



Last year, Peter Lindemann demonstrated a self-recharging system invented by Carlos Benitez, which is the apparent origin of self-recharging battery systems.

This year, Peter demonstrated a method John Bedini used to keep a battery bank charged up while running his monopole motors. The method had been mentioned in the past in online forums, but nobody seemed interested enough to actually explore the reality to it.

I personally witnessed this method nearly 20 years ago at one of John’s shops affectionately nicknamed the “Palace” because of its interesting interior layout. Below is a picture of the EXACT machine that John Bedini accomplished this with. I also include a 12 minute video where I show you the machine in a video and give a basic explanation of the self-recharging process.



It was done most often with a plexiglass rotor where the coils were on both sides of the face of the rotor rather than at the circumference. It charged a large cap bank, which was then discharged to output bank. A battery was then shuttled back and forth between the front and back indefinitely without ever having to place them on a regular charger to charge them up since the machine and its setup accomplished this.

This demonstration unit that Peter showed kept its battery bank charged up all throughout the conference one one single charge. During the presentation, the monopole is running and he describes how the battery bank is arranged.

Trials & Triumphs of the Reactive Power Motor Generator by Mike Clarke



This presentation covers the second self-recharging motor demonstrated at the conference and it is also based on some motor concepts developed by John Bedini along with some other concepts that came from others.

Mike starts off by covering the relationship with his partner Norman, where they came from and what led to the development of this Reactive Power Motor Generator.

He shows some of the pieces/components to the motor that were used in the context of how it evolved and how it started as just a motor when he first took it to Paul Babcock's shop as well as the switching circuit that they needed to design to take it to the next level.



You'll also hear how it ran for hours and at the end of the run, the input batteries were a few volts higher than when it started! So not only are the back batteries being charged, the front ones are too.

It's also important to go up in voltage - this adds some complications for capturing the inductive spikes because the parts may not be rated for it, but there are many reason to go up in voltage. This even applies to the Bedini SG. Most people stick to 12v, but that is for learning. If you go up in voltage, then any voltage drops on the circuit wind up being a lower percentage of the total voltage compared to 12v. These concepts need to be considered and Mike and Norm incorporated these concepts into this machine.

Mike explains some of the challenges and methods they went through to deal with the higher voltages so they wouldn't blow up so many parts.

It's also important to understand a crucial aspect to the batteries that must be in place for both the front and back batteries to rise and its simpler than you might think.

The importance of the air core is very important. Paul Babcock covered that in detail in his presentation and Mike will reiterate just how important this is. This machine will no perform like this if it has iron in its core!

When applying these principles, Mike winds up with a motor that runs COLD. The components don't heat up. After it gets running, everything cools down on the switching circuit. And, that is with it outputting about 140-150VAC. Keep in mind that Mike's goal is to power his entire home off of this machine.

He runs the motor so you can see it in action and while it speeds up, he explains more of the nature of the machine and it ends with some Q & A where Mike shares more details and insights into this project.

It is important to understand this is not a "How To" and does not include the schematics. It is a story of Mike and Norm's journey but he does share a lot of the concept incorporated into the machine that you can apply in your own experiments. To give you an idea of where to start, it is very similar to an air core Bedini SG running at a higher than normal voltage. Anyone that follows that path will learn a lot that they never experienced with iron core coils.

Mike does say after some of the IP is protected that he will share the how to so others can experiment with it.
