  • Motor Energizer (All-in-One)

I thought I would share this here on EF as well. It is 3D printed and fairly easy to source parts for. It is in the Window Motor configuration using two SSG circuits and has one addition energizer wire shorted with a large reed.

How long do the batteries last to keep it running? Or do they stay up?
Thanks for the 3 d motor idea.

Its' like any other <3...once you lose the load it drops off pretty quick. All jokes aside I can say, at this point, there seems to be some good potential with this one

Thanks Aaron. Most cities have a pro skateboard shop. You can get a pack of ABEC-5 bearings for $20. I added three additional files that will give a choice to use 8mm rod with skateboard bearings. These are better than ABEC-7 if you can spend a little more: https://bonesbearings.com/bones-reg-...earings-8-pack

Well the thing about it is that it runs up on RPM's and that is going to
help a bunch. Like multiple window motors running very very fast. I can
see where this is a winner already.

Nice work, waiting for more good reports.

              Winding this Motor

I've had an inquiry as to how I wound this latest motor. I found that it was easier to just do a video. If anyone needs any further clarification just ask.

I did leave out, unintentionally, that the perimeter windings will be tied together in series to where they will pulse all six magnets poles in the same direction (either push or pull). Power the window coil up first. If, when you power up the ssg coils (perimeter coils), it does not increase in speed, you have hooked it up wrong.
