For anyone truly and seriously interested in attempting a replication of the real Newman motor. Below is a snapshot of the real motor, a description by Mr. Newman and my observations.

Mr. Newman briefly described this motor as having:

• a long hexagonal shaped magnetic shaft.

• coils at right angles.

• a commutator that fires every 90 Degrees.

My observations:
Mr. Newman appears to use a commutator with 11 sections. His book discuses the benefits of dividing a spark gap into multiple sections in series.

His coil design, when "fired", allows the magnetic A Field to push on multiple magnets placed along the long hexagonal shaft. Conversely, this shape also allows a very efficient method of generating electron flow in the wires as the moving magnetic field from the magnets cut through the wires.

For each time Joe fires his coil, he apparently gets in return, 1) the energy from the Back Electromagnetic Force generated by the collapsing magnetic field. This also cuts the right-angled coils to induce energy from them. 2) the induced energy created in the coils from the rotating mass of the magnets.

His motors use a flywheel to evenly displace energy within the system. The pictured motor has a fan to show that the motor is generating torque. Still, the mass of the fan acts as a flywheel within the system.

Nice summary. I saw this motor before but not that much details.
He must have then 4 coils installed when he fires them at 90° and he dont switch the poles.

But this Motor is different to that one what he had first, what was more like a Barrel.
Maybe he changed that to this one, where he dont switch the Poles anymore.
About that shaft, he has to have there still too 1 Side north one side south, or it doesnt turn. But by install the magnets closer together at one 180° side, they create a stronger pole at the sum.
Having such a oblongness induce maybe better some Energy too, well at last ampere and better then all this attempts around tubes or opposite long sides and small areas with wire, where the magnet actually turn.

I find it just a bit to much to build such a big motor with that much wire, it should work allready with a smaller build. maybe ..

Right now, this motor is only a tinker project for me, and for anyone what want to try it should maybe think before, if its worth to tr and dont complain afterwards.

Yet another Joseph Newman comment

I have spent a lot of time on this forum and its many threads over the last few years. And, today, I spent an enjoyable hour+ watching and reading in this thread. A lot of this Newman material is content I have seen before, but I enjoyed seeing it again. The big challenge is to apply logic and critical thinking skills when thinking about the many issues raised. If you are able to do this it becomes clear that one needs to clearly separate in ones mind some of the facts and observations from the false arguments of the detractors. Specifically, there are individuals that form a group that wish to attack and discredit the supposed discovery of scientific principles that are at odds with conventional thought. Rather than attack the observations and conclusions of credentialed scientists and engineers, some choose to attack the man. This is known as the ad hominem fallacy attack. If you are able to separate the ad hominem material from the testimony of the engineers and scientists you may still be left with a lot of questions, but you may see the necessity for further experiments.

I would say that there is a lot of interest and effort going on now, in 2015, that could be characterized as a reaction to Einstein. This constitutes an anti-Einstein undercurrent in the current scientific community.

In the video compilations it is twice mentioned that 35 investigators signed affidavits supporting the over unity claim of Newman. On top of that, thousands of people have attended events at which Newman has presented his theories and thousands have seen his demonstrations. To widen the net, it is probably fair to say that hundreds of thousands have seen his story on TV or read about him in print media.

Based on this exposure, I would assert that over the last 40+ years, Newman has inspired the anti-Einstein science community. I happily state that he has inspired me to keep an open mind and be willing to try some experiments of my own design. I doubt that the "big names" would come out and admit the positive influence of Newman in their personal journey, but it would be interesting to know exactly how much of an influence he has had.

It must be discouraging and depressing to live through so much opposition and resistance, but we know this experience is common among inventors and other strong leaders. I think Newman has been mistreated.

You are entitled to your view and I respect that. Personally

I will assert that any serious minded person searching for a good

project to replicate would not follow a man who openly and

admittedly SAID the God told him to marry an 8 year old girl.

This is not on the same level as gambling. Gambling is an outing

we have all engaged in at one time or another but openly admitting

marriage to a child as the WORD OF GOD puts an entirely new

tag on this man for me.

Newman made predictions that the world will end in 2012.

It seems Newman's god is satan since, by his own admission, according to this story, his god told him to do an evil thing. This would mean that one liar (Newman) is a follower of another liar (satan) and everything they say is likely to be another lie or half-truth meant to deceive the blind, deaf and ignorant sheep. Do you suppose there is any truth mixed in with the errors, mistakes, lies and half-truths? I would not want to put trust in an untrustworthy source, and I don't. I prefer to do my own experiments. Each must decide for himself.

yeap and Joe was running for president you know? But you
are right about the world in general. Corruption in free
energy circles is one of the worst.

One other thing about inventors like Newman who have been

given a gift to extract free energy. That gift comes from the gift

giver and is not removed from use when the holder of the gift

misuses that gift. It is the gift that is used to measure men

as to what they do with what they have been given.

Thus no practical free energy device exist today for the

average Joe because the high mind is easy to fool.
