Is it important to watch the theater because it is quite hard to watch for that length of time.

We have been getting many questions regarding this. This Theater is 30 minutes in length!

While the General Theaters are approximately 3-12 minutes long, based on how many Modules are contained, the Quantum Meditation Theater is 30 minutes long.

This extended viewing time gives you enough minutes to be able to really sink into your meditation and reap all the wonderful benefits!
