"Important Note: The communication is embedded equally in both sides of the
stereo audio. Therefore, someone that is blind, and can only hear out of one ear, can simply turn off one speaker, and they will receive the full benefit of RDT. (Although they will not receive the benefit of the binaural beat)."
Thanks, Kevin. Being deaf in one ear I have only been using the visual side of my theatre. I tried to clarify the position on this a few times but never quite got to the answer.
From now on it seems to make sense to me to use the audio also, through one speaker, and get the added benefit. The loss of the binaural beat is a small loss when compared to the overall power of PATHS modules.
Apparently there are millions of people out there with mono-hearing, so I reckon this bit of info should be more prominent on the forum. It would be good to know how many mono-hearers we have as PATHS subscribers.
Thanks again, Kevin
