I want everyone to know I am a 62 year old man who was sick recently for at least 2 weeks but really before that. First you need to know that I have had respiratory problems since age 9 years. That takes us back to the mid 60's during bomb testing time. Anyway every or every other year I got pneumonia, the first lasted months down in the bed sweats bathing inflamed day and night. This continued. All the doc had to give me was more and more, larger and larger and larger doses of you guessed it penicillin. Well and of course ALL OF THE ALTERNATIVES. Nothing ever helped me in fact the more I took the worse I got.

When the swine flu came I got it down in the bed. I have a doctorate in how to stay calm while choking up for dear life. I coach people now when they get sick. I got the cruuud this past month, highly susceptible individual. I did just fine because after 40 years of my life had past I found the cure. Berberines, names are BARBERRY or OREGON GRAPE or GOLDENSEAL or and or TURMERIC and the list goes on but these are the big ones. Turmeric has zinc and is a berberine. The lungs go snap crackle pop with this one but if you take OREGON GRAPE and TURMERIC you will make short work of this. Low fever still but I feel like a million bucks already after only two weeks. These will save the day.
