What's the deal with the forum lagging?

Starting from yesterday using the forum has become very annoying, because every time I go to another post, reply an answer or do anything else, a connection to scripts.hashemian.com is happening and this freezes everything for 20 seconds or so. Very annoying. Is this some kind of statistic solution?
Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes i have been having problems with the site, each page is taking up to 5 minutes to load.

I don't Know, but yesterday when Blackberry international went down, at the same my son's virtual school's blackboard system did too. When it came back up, it is doing this too, as well as some other sites I visit are doing. Is this an internet wide random happening? or........a worm going through various systems.
