Please Share How You Got Your Pic as Your Avatar!!!!!!

I asked this question a couple of months ago and got no response -- just tried to upload mine as a custom avatar, and it failed. Those of you who have figured out how to do this....please enlighten me???!!!!

Never mind..I see my pic loaded and it's different from the avatar.

Its easy to do...

Just load it from your picture file to the avatar point.
