Photo now shown as broken link

Hello!

I know a while back some were having problems uploading their photos on their profile. I didn't have that problem and my photo uploaded just fine. However, in the past couple of days it is shown as a "broken link". I have deleted and uploaded the photo again several times to no avail.

Any suggestions??

i tried your sugestion Aaron from my other thread asking about putting up a photo.....well no luck...and i have sized the photo down to the right size too...still not working....help

i need help. i tried to put a picture in my profile and it said that it couldn't save it....there is a thing in the picture spot that was from my first attempt to. cuz i did try a few times to see if it was a glitch or something at the time.

i am not sure of why it is doing this, and how i can correct it, or change it to make it work....

Hi Adrienne,

If you are in your profile and also logged in, you will see a little tool like a wrench at the top right of the picture block. It will be exactly to the left of the X to delete the block.

Click on the tool and you will see a place to browse your computer to upload a pic. When you select a pic, it should upload it automatically.

Let me know if that works.

OK, well it's the right size now 90x68, but i get this when i use Aaron sugestion above....

and when i go through the User CP menu it tells me, that it is unable to save. perhaps cuz of file type??? and how to change that if need be.

feedback pleas, and if anyone knows what kind of file type i need to have....THANK YOU....the file type i have is .jpg

hi all, I logged in with a test acct and tried to upload a photo and got the same problem. we're looking into it.

gave an error with white screen and 4 lines of errors.

ok i put a pic up....but it is blurry...why is that?
maybe the size? the camera? well if anyting...ya'll get the jist of ME...HELLO....anyhow if you do know why it is like that...please help....thanks.....peace and love......Adrienne
