Blocking posters?

Just wondering if it's possible to hide/block posts/threads by certain members here on the forum?

Hi Danny,

If you go to their profile page, you might be able to add them to an ignore list. If there is a member directly causing you problems, please send me a PM.

...no ones bothering me by pm's or anything...let's just say that if someone started posting ignorant propaganda or posts filled with religious fanaticism I'd get depressed seeing it and I enjoy this site very much so I wouldn't want to have to leave all together, just block all posts by that individual.

Like I'd rather change the channel than throw out the TV when something depressing is on

Hi Danny,

If you goto the homepage, http://www.energeticforum.com
in the left column, click USER CP in the site navigation menu
(towards top left).

http://www.energeticforum.com/usercp.php

Then in the left column control panel menu towards the bottom,
there is a link that says:

Buddy / Ignore Lists

click that and it goes here:
http://www.energeticforum.com/profile.php?do=editlist

Add a name to the ignore field and click Save List.

I believe that is all there is to it. Please post here if that did
or did not work.
