Losing Posts

Ya know I keep "losing" posts on here, is there something which shows you new posts since you last visitited or what you replied to or whatever........so many forums, so little time to read them all.....

At the top of the forum is a line starting "User CP", along there is "New Posts". Click that to see all new posts since your last visit.
